These Korean BBQ Beef Tacos are a delicious fusion of Korean flavors wrapped in a soft taco shell, topped with a spicy slaw that adds crunch and heat.
Ingredients
– 1 lb flank steak
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 8 small corn tortillas
– 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
– 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
– 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
– 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– Salt to taste

2. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Marinate the flank steak for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
– You can substitute flank steak with sirloin or ribeye.
