Description

These Korean BBQ Bacon Tacos are a delicious fusion of flavors, featuring crispy bacon, savory Korean BBQ sauce, and a spicy slaw that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients

Scale

8 slices of bacon

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Sriracha

2 green onions, chopped

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then add Korean BBQ sauce and mix well.

3. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and Sriracha to make the spicy slaw.

4. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.

5. Assemble the tacos by placing beef, bacon, and slaw in each tortilla.

6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

These tacos are best served immediately after assembly. You can adjust the spice level of the slaw by adding more or less Sriracha to taste.
