These cheesy nacho bake pockets are drizzled with hot honey for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Perfect for game day or a fun snack!
Ingredients
– 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
– 1/4 cup hot honey
– 1 tsp taco seasoning
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cheeses, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
4. Place a generous spoonful of the mixture on each triangle of dough.
5. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
6. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the top.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese. Serve with your favorite salsa for dipping!
