Description

These Honey-Glazed BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos are a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, topped with a crunchy slaw for an added texture. Perfect for parties or a fun family dinner!


Ingredients

– 2 lbs pork shoulder

– 1 cup honey BBQ sauce

– 1 bag tortilla chips

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup jalapeños, sliced

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cabbage

– 1/2 cup carrots, shredded

– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

3. 2. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then place it in a slow cooker.

4. 3. Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the pork and cook on low for 8 hours, or until tender.

6. 5. In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the slaw.
