Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together honey, maple syrup, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking.
6. Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
