Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
– Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers)
