Ingredients
– 1 (8-10 lb) bone-in ham
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1 can (20 oz) sliced pineapple, drained
– Fresh parsley for garnish
