Description

This Herb-Infused Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs Sheet Pan Bake is an easy and flavorful one-pan meal. Tender chicken thighs are baked with a medley of herbs, garlic, and vegetables, all infused with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 lb green beans, trimmed

1 lemon, sliced


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

5. Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and brush with the herb-infused garlic butter.

7. Arrange baby potatoes around the chicken and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
