Ingredients

Scale

1 package of pretzel dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch seasoning

1/2 cup bourbon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning until well combined.

3. Roll out pretzel dough and cut into squares.

4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and seal edges.

5. Boil pretzel bombs in a pot of water for 30 seconds, then remove and place on a baking sheet.

6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt.

7. Grill the pretzel bombs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

8. While grilling, combine bourbon and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.

9. Drizzle bourbon glaze over pretzel bombs before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor.

These can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes if grilling is not an option.

Feel free to experiment with different cheese fillings!
