Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, olive oil, and chili flakes (if using).
2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a ring and form it into a circle, pinching the ends to seal.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Place the pork ring on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the pork mixture marinate in the fridge for a few hours before grilling.
