Description

These Golden Bourbon Taco Ring Egg Rolls are a fusion of flavors, combining the richness of bourbon with classic taco ingredients, all wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers and served with a delicious garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 cup cooked black beans

– 1 cup corn kernels

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 2 tablespoons bourbon

– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

– 1 package egg roll wrappers

– Oil for frying

– 1 cup sour cream (for serving)
