These Garlic Herb Butter Turkey Sliders are the perfect addition to your Game Day feast! Juicy turkey patties with a rich garlic herb butter make these sliders irresistible.
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 slider buns
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomato, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
4. While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
5. Assemble the sliders by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a turkey patty, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
