These Garlic Herb Butter Chicken Thighs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Perfectly roasted on a sheet pan with a blend of garlic and herbs, they are the ideal weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken thighs on a sheet pan and brush the garlic herb butter mixture over them.
4. Arrange lemon slices around the chicken on the sheet pan.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the garlic herb mixture for a few hours or overnight.
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the sheet pan for a complete meal.
