Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden skewers)
