Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1 tsp ground ginger
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
