Description

These Double Smoked BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs are the ultimate BBQ treat! Juicy meatballs wrapped in crispy bacon and infused with rich smoky flavors. Perfect for your next grilling session!


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 pound bacon, cut in half


Instructions

1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

4. Wrap each meatball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.

5. Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on the smoker or grill grates.

6. Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce and smoke for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

7. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
