Ingredients
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
– 1 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
2. 2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
3. 3. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
