Ingredients
– 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup bourbon
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. 3. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
4. 4. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet. Cook until the skin is crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
