Description

These Crispy Korean BBQ Tacos combine tender, flavorful beef with a spicy slaw for a delicious fusion dish that brings the best of street food to your table.


Ingredients

– 1 lb beef brisket, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 1 tbsp brown sugar

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

– 8 small corn tortillas

– 1 cup shredded cabbage

– 1/2 cup shredded carrots

– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

– 1 tbsp sesame seeds

– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
