These Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are oven-baked to perfection and paired with colorful roasted veggies for a delicious meal. The sweet and savory honey garlic sauce brings everything together!
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
2 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
4. In a separate bowl, toss the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Arrange the veggies around the chicken in the baking dish.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
