These Crispy Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Bites are the perfect snack for any gathering. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, they are bursting with flavor from garlic and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F to 115°F)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup baking soda (for boiling)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

3. Gradually add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture, mixing until a dough forms.

5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
