Description

These Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Sweet Potatoes are a delicious and filling meal, combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing all stuffed into sweet potatoes for a delightful flavor experience.


Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.

3. 3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender.

4. 4. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

5. 5. Once the sweet potatoes are done, let them cool slightly, then slice them open lengthwise.
