Description
These Crispy Bacon Jalapeño Cheese Bombs are the perfect party snack. Packed with flavor and an irresistible crunch, they will be a hit at any gathering!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 package of crescent roll dough
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll it up, starting from the wide end to the tip.
5. Place the rolled cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve these cheese bombs with a side of ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
