Description

This Creamy Turkey and Stuffing Casserole is a comforting dish perfect for using up leftover turkey. It’s rich, creamy, and topped with savory stuffing.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix

1/2 cup butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Transfer the turkey mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix and melted butter, then sprinkle it over the turkey mixture.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the stuffing is golden brown.


Notes

For added flavor, you can include some grated cheese on top before baking. This dish is great for meal prepping and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
