Ingredients
– 2 cups penne pasta
– 1 lb chicken breast, diced
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. 3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. 4. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
