Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rotini, shredded chicken, and chopped bacon.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the cream mixture over the pasta and mix until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some sautéed mushrooms or spinach. This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
