These rich and fudgy brownies are topped with a creamy orange cheesecake layer and tart cranberry sauce, making them the perfect dessert for Friendsgiving celebrations!
Ingredients
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 tablespoon orange zest
– 1/4 cup orange juice
– 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.

5. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
7. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

9. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
10. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, then swirl gently with a knife.
