This Cranberry Maple Turkey Burger is a delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors, topped with a creamy herb aioli that takes it to the next level.
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 4 whole wheat burger buns
– Lettuce and tomato, for serving

2. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, maple syrup, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

4. 3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. 4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the herb aioli by mixing mayonnaise, parsley, chives, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
6. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Notes
– Feel free to add more herbs to the aioli if you prefer a stronger flavor.
– These burgers can be made ahead of time and frozen, just thaw and cook when ready.
