Ingredients
For the crust:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/3 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
3. 3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
4. 4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. 5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup.

7. 7. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
