Description

This Cranberry Glazed Chicken with Rosemary Butter is a delightful dish that combines the tangy sweetness of cranberries with aromatic rosemary. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions!


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup cranberry juice

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

– Salt and pepper to taste

3. 2. In a saucepan, combine cranberry juice, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
