Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
