These Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Stuffed Pretzel Bites are a perfect combination of soft pretzel dough and creamy, cheesy filling. They are great for parties or a cozy night in!
Ingredients
1 lb frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
Coarse sea salt, for topping
1 egg, beaten, for egg wash

2. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. 2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. 3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
5. 4. Place a small spoonful of the spinach-artichoke mixture in the center of each dough square.
6. 5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
7. 6. Place the stuffed pretzel bites on the prepared baking sheet.
8. 7. Brush each pretzel bite with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can add some red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños to the filling. These bites can be made ahead of time; just freeze them before baking and add a few extra minutes to the baking time when you’re ready to serve.
