Description
Delicious cheesy spinach artichoke dip is stuffed inside warm, fluffy bread bites for the perfect appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
– 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
– 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
3. 3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small squares (about 3×3 inches).
4. 4. Place a spoonful of the spinach-artichoke mixture in the center of each dough square.
5. 5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a pocket and pinch to seal.
6. 6. Place the stuffed bread bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. 8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. You can also add your favorite spices to the filling for an extra kick!
