Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (1 lb) puff pastry sheets, thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.

4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into 3×3 inch squares.

5. Place a spoonful of the spinach artichoke mixture in the center of each pastry square.

6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pouch and pinch to seal.

7. Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake them directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.

Feel free to adjust the cheese types as per your preference for a different flavor profile.
