These Cheesy Jalapeno Pork Loin Pockets are a flavor explosion, combining spicy jalapenos, gooey cheese, and succulent pork, finished with a sweet honey-butter glaze.
Ingredients
– 1 lb pork loin, sliced into pockets
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 jalapenos, diced
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Stuff each pork loin pocket with the cheese mixture.
4. Place the stuffed pork loin pockets in a baking dish.
5. Melt the butter and mix in the honey, then drizzle over the pork.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, leave some jalapeno seeds in the mixture. You can also use different types of cheese such as pepper jack for a spicier kick.
