Ingredients
12 large cremini or button mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions

3. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, creating a hollow cavity.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
