This Cheesy Butter Pork Roast Pull-Apart Double-Stack is a deliciously indulgent burger. Tender pork roast, rich melted cheese, and savory butter come together to create a mouthwatering meal that’s perfect for gatherings or a satisfying dinner at home.
Ingredients
2 lbs pork roast, trimmed and tied
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 burger buns
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

5. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the butter mixture over the top.

7. Roast in the oven for about 3-4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.

9. Once cooked, remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Notes
This recipe can be made in a slow cooker if preferred. Just cook on low for 6-8 hours.
