Description

These Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect appetizers for your next party. Spicy, cheesy, and crispy, they’re sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

8 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Cooking spray


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.

4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the stuffed jalapeños.

5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.

7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
