Description

These Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect party appetizer! Stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar, wrapped in crispy bacon, they are sure to be a hit.


Ingredients

8 large jalapeños

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

8 slices of bacon, cut in half


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

6. Place the jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.

8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
