Description
A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with crispy bacon, jalapeños, and melted cheese, perfect for game day or any party! Serve it hot with tortilla chips for a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier dip, use more jalapeños or add some cayenne pepper.
This dip can be made ahead of time. Just refrigerate before baking and add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
