Description

These Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño Popper Bites are a perfect appetizer for any party! Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, they are packed with flavor and sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

– 12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

– Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

3. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

5. 4. If desired, dip each stuffed jalapeño in breadcrumbs for added crunch.
