Start your day off right with this hearty Cheesy Bacon and Egg Breakfast Skillet! Packed with flavor and perfect for sharing, this dish combines crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese for a breakfast that will satisfy everyone.


Ingredients

– 6 strips of bacon

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

– 1 medium bell pepper, diced

– 1 small onion, diced

– 2 cups baby spinach

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

2. 1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3. 2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
