Ingredients
– 4 large eggs
– 4 oz cooked bacon, chopped
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 4 flour tortillas
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: salsa, avocado for serving

3. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the eggs and cook, stirring gently until scrambled and just set.
