Description
Juicy sliders filled with melted cheddar cheese and topped with sweet caramelized onions, perfect for game day or any gathering!
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 8 slices of cheddar cheese
– 8 slider buns
– 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
– 2 medium onions, sliced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: lettuce, tomato, pickles

2. 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions.
3. 2. Cook onions, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
4. 3. While onions are cooking, form ground beef into 16 small patties, making a small indentation in the center of each.
5. 4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the indentation and fold the beef around it, sealing it to create a stuffed patty.

7. 6. Cook patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
8. 7. Toast slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
9. 8. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, topping with bacon and caramelized onions, and any other desired toppings.

Notes
– You can add other toppings like BBQ sauce or avocado for extra flavor.
