This Cajun Cheddar Egg Rolls Dip Triple-Stack is a delightful appetizer that combines the flavors of Cajun spices and creamy cheddar dip, all wrapped in crispy egg rolls. Perfect for parties or game day!
Ingredients
8 egg roll wrappers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
2. 2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center.
3. 3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
4. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. 5. Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cooked shrimp or chicken to the cheese mixture.
Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to get a crispy texture.
