Description

Indulge in these buttery cheddar queso dip pockets, perfect for parties or game day! A delicious blend of creamy cheddar and spices wrapped in flaky pastry.


Ingredients

• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

• 1 cup cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup diced green chilies

• 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green chilies, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

5. Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

6. Roll the dough tightly around the filling, starting from the wide end.

7. Place the filled pockets on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with beaten egg.

8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
