Ingredients
4 large eggs
3 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large tortillas
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and scramble them in the same skillet.
3. Add the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese to the scrambled eggs, mixing until the cheese is melted.
4. In a separate saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and butter. Simmer until thickened.
5. Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
6. Fill each tortilla with the egg mixture, roll them up, and drizzle with the bourbon glaze.
