Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 4 hamburger buns
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 1 cup flour
– 1 tsp paprika
– Oil for frying
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lettuce and tomato for garnish
