Description

These BBQ Bacon Smoked Brisket Sliders are a delicious combination of tender, smoked brisket topped with crispy bacon and a tangy slaw. Perfect for gatherings or game day!


Ingredients

– 2 lbs smoked brisket, sliced

– 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

– 12 slider buns

– 1 cup BBQ sauce

– 1 cup coleslaw mix

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 1 tbsp sugar

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

2. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

3. Smoke the brisket for about 6-8 hours until it’s tender and has a nice bark.

4. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

5. Once the brisket is done, allow it to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.

6. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in the oven.

7. Layer each bun with sliced brisket, crumbled bacon, and a generous scoop of tangy slaw.

8. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

You can use leftover brisket for this recipe.

Feel free to add your favorite toppings, such as pickles or jalapeños.

Adjust the sweetness of the slaw to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
