Description

These BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious twist on a classic favorite, perfect for parties or game day!


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slider buns

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce and tomato for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.

3. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.

4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

5. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with cheddar cheese and close the grill lid to melt.

6. Meanwhile, mix the BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl to create the tangy sauce.

7. To assemble, spread the tangy sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun, add the cheeseburger patty, and top with lettuce and tomato. Place the top half of the bun on and serve.


Notes

These sliders are best served immediately but can be made ahead of time and warmed up. Feel free to customize toppings to your liking!
